Description

Our Smiley Flower water decals contain 74 images on each sheet and are on a transparent backing.

Application
Prep your nails and ensure that they are completely dry

Select your design and cut carefully around it and ensure the clear protector is removed

Place in a small bowl of warm water for about 15 – 20 seconds

Using a pair of tweezers carefully remove from the water

Carefully slide the decal from the backing paper

Apply to the nail

Finish off with 2 coats of top coat.
