If you have placed more than one order over a 48 hour period and haven’t notified us or requested to add to your order, your orders may be dispatched to you in the same package and you will be notified of this upon dispatch.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2nd class) and Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1st class) which are also supported with a unique 2D Barcode which is scanned at the point of delivery by the Royal Mail to ensure safe arrival of your order for you and confirmation to Smileys Glitter Store that your order has been delivered and the GPS co ordinates from delivery are obtain and confirm delivery to your nominated address.
We also have special delivery option for next day guaranteed delivery by 1 PM for you to use if you require this service which is also a full tracked service.
Your order will be dispatched to you within 1 to 3 working days of purchase, this does not including Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.Royal Mail aims to deliver Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2nd class) post within 3 working days, Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1st class) post within 1 working day and special delivery is guaranteed for the next day after dispatch by 1 PM. During busy periods orders may take slightly longer to process such as Sale Events, Christmas and Bank Holidays and there may also be slight delays as detailed on the Royal Mail website for delivery.
All orders that are to be dispatched by your chosen method of Special Delivery must be received by 1 PM for dispatch to take place on the same day. Please note our dispatch days are Monday through to Friday but this does not include Bank Holidays.
If your order is showing as being delivered by the tracking information but you state you haven’t received your order you will need to contact your local delivery office who will confirm delivery from the GPS Co ordinates obtained from the scan upon delivery to your nominated address.

Claiming For Damaged Items Received Through Royal Mail Delivery
We thoroughly check all orders are in perfect condition before being dispatched to you and if you do receive part of your order damaged in any way then you will need to make a claim through Royal Mail directly as we are not held responsible for damaged items being delivered by the Royal Mail.

Royal Mail is working hard to deliver the most comprehensive and high quality service we can to all our customers, large and small. The combination of greatly increased uptake of online shopping, and the ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, mean that all delivery companies are experiencing exceptionally high volumes.
Every single parcel and letter is important to us. Despite our best efforts and significant investment in extra resource, some customers may experience slightly longer delivery timescales than our usual service standards. This is due to the exceptionally high volumes we are seeing, exacerbated by the coronavirus-related measures we have put in place in local mail centres and delivery offices to keep our people and customers safe. In such cases, we always work hard to get back to providing our usual level of service as quickly as we can. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
All orders placed to a destination outside of the UK are dispatched once a week.
We use Royal Mail as our designated handler for all orders placed outside of the UK. Once your order has arrived in your destination country it is then passed to a nominated postal carrier in your country to deliver for you. We are unable to guarantee which postal carrier this may be as this is automatically selected in your country of destination. Please note we only offer a signed for or tracked service to your nominated address and do not offer a PO Box delivery service outside of the UK so please be aware of this prior to completing your order.
If you have purchased your order through paypal payment your order and delivery address must match the same as detailed on your paypal account as we are unable to delivery to a differnt address once your order payment has been received.
