Our Site is intended for domestic and private use and is not to be used as a Drop Shipping site which is a supply chain management method in which the retailer does not keep goods in stock but instead transfers its customer’s orders and shipment details to either the manufacturer, another retailer, or a wholesaler, who then ships the goods directly to the customer You agree not to use our Site for any commercial or business purposes unless authorised in writting with our company Smileys Glitter Store prior to placing any orders.
Any persons found using our site to intend to profit from goods from our site which includes all stock items and personalised merchandise for personal gain for their own business or company oppourtunity will have their orders cancelled and refunded.
All return items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order and please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange the return of your item or send directly to us at the address detailed below with your order number enclosed and details of why your have returned your item. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty please contact us first, and we will explain how to return your item or send a replacement to you directly if necessary. We will inspect your item and if it is faulty we will send a replacement or refund your original payment and return postage cost. Please note that we always use a fully tracked service through the Royal Mail.
Please return your items through a fully tracked or signed for method to guarantee a safe arrival as we are not responsible for loss of returned items being sent by yourself through the Royal Mail or any other source without a tracked or signed for service by yourself

All orders sent outside of the UK are not included in our refund policy so please be aware of this before placing your order.
Order Queries And Incorrect Order Received
Please do check your contents of your order within 3 days upon receiving it and if you have a query with the items in your order please contact us within those 3 days so we can then look into this further for you and assist with your query. All orders are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch and photographed for proof of contents enclosed with their original postage label which also confirms the tracking reference but if you feel you have received an incorrect item you must let us know within 3 working days of receiving it. Unfortunately we are unable to assist further outside of the 14 day time period for any items to be returned unless faulty or damaged.
Smileys Glitter Store Reward Points
All customers logged in to site are automatically awarded Smileys Glitter Store Reward points on their purchases excluding Postage and packaging. Points are awarded as follows:
1) 4 points per £1.00 spent awarded once order has been marked as shipped by Smileys Glitter Store.
2) 100 points equals £1.00 to be redeemed in Smileys Glitter Store.
3) Points can be redeemed at checkout and points balance can be viewed on the My Account page.
4) Expiry of points is 1 calendar year
5) Points cannot be redeemed with any other Coupons.

First Order Discount Code
On your first order from our Smileys Glitter Store website you may apply the discount code if available at the checkout on your order where the total price of products for your order is to the value of £10.00 or more. Please note this does not include your postage costs and only applies to the products.

Once you have completed the checkout process your last order will stay in your basket to make this easier if you wish to reorder the same items if you decide to make a new order through the website.
Please remember to empty your basket fully if you don’t require items from your previous order when you next log in to your account as these will automatically be included in your order so please do thoroughly check your basket before proceeding to the checkout out process to complete payment.
We will refund items fully if they are not required but these must be returned back to us using our returns procedure but you will be liable for the return postage costs as in this instance we are unable to refund the postage cost for you.

If you are placing an order to arrive to a UK destination this may take up to 5 working days or longer to arrive as although the Royal Mail are consistently working hard to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible they are also taking steps to ensure a safe arrival and as you can appreciate their staffing levels are not currently at their highest. Please bare with the Royal Mail during this time until a normal service is resumed.
Orders Overseas Outside Of The UK
If you are placing an order to arrive to a destination outside of the UK please allow a longer delivery time to arrive which may be many weeks as although the Royal Mail and the airlines are consistently working hard to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible they are also taking steps to ensure a safe arrival and as you can appreciate their staffing levels are not currently at their highest. Please bare with the Royal Mail and the airlines during this time until a normal service is resumed.
As detailed from the Royal Mail the number of countries Royal Mail can access is changing daily, due to air capacity availability, local emergency border controls and in country operational restrictions implemented by mail operators.

Claiming For Damaged Items Received Through Royal Mail Delivery
We thoroughly check all orders are in perfect condition before being dispatched to you and if you do receive part of your order damaged in any way then you will need to make a claim through Royal Mail directly as we are not held responsible for damaged items being delivered by the Royal Mail.
